so Chalene Johnson suggests writing out your 10 goals (which includes the PUSH goal) for the 12 months ahead every week. she notes that as your goals and priorities become increasingly clarified as you become more and more focused, your goals will also clarify. some goals will drop off the list; others will become more streamlined; and still others will become more detailed.
these are not goals for the week ahead, but goals for the coming 12 months and reviewing and revisiting these goals each week keeps you on top of them and keeps them at the forefront of your mind, where they need to be in order to attract the type of outcomes you want.
