it is important to check back with your to-do list several times throughout the day. one of the ways that chalene does it is she has “triggers” that remind her to check her to-do list. her triggers are the number 11 and pulling in her drive way after teaching her fitness class. whenever she sees the number 11, she is reminded to check back with her to-do list and when she pulls in her driveway after her classes she makes her to-do list.

i work on my to-do list at bedtime, however that does vary depending on my schedule for the day & evening.
my triggers will be the number 13 and the color orange 🙂
